1. Applicable Regulations
Our Privacy Policy has been designed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and insofar as it does not contradict the aforementioned Regulation, by the provisions of the Spanish legislative framework on the protection of personal data.
By providing your data, you declare that you have read and know this Privacy Policy, giving your unequivocal and express consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the purposes and terms expressed herein.
The Entity may modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new legislation, case law or interpretation of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection. These privacy conditions may be complemented by the Legal Notice, Cookies Policy and the general conditions that, where appropriate, are collected for certain products or services, if such access involves a specific field of personal data protection.

2. THE PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide information related to the services and activities offered by our Entity and detailed in this website.
- So that you may contract our services by accepting the corresponding form/activity and/or signing a contract.
- So that we may send you news and updates about our entity, as well as updates of our activities and services by e-mail and/or post.
2.1. Retention period of your data
We will keep your personal data from the moment you give us your consent until you revoke it or request processing to be restricted. In these instances, we will keep your data blocked for the legally required periods.
3. LEGITIMACY AND DATA COLLECTED
Legitimacy when processing your data involves you giving your express consent through a positive and affirmative action (filling in the relevant form and checking this policy's consent box) upon providing your personal data.

By filling out the forms, checking the box "I accept the Privacy Policy" and clicking to send the data, or sending emails to the Entity through the accounts set up for this purpose, the User hereby declares that they have read and expressly accepted this privacy policy, and gives their explicit and unequivocal consent for the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purposes indicated.
3.2. Data categories
The data collected refers to the category of identifiable data, for example: Name and surname, Telephone, Postal Address, Entity, E-mail, as well as the IP address you have accessed the data collection form.
4. SECURITY MEASURES
As part of our commitment to ensuring the security and confidentiality of your personal data, we inform you that the necessary technical and organisational measures have been adopted to guarantee personal data security and protect them from alteration, loss, unauthorised treatment or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, according to Art. 32 of RGPD EU 679/2016.
5. DATA RELEASE
No data release or international transfers of your data have been envisaged, with the exception of those authorised by tax, commercial and telecommunications legislation and in those instances where a judicial authority requires us to do so.
6. USER RIGHTS
Any interested party has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we process personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, as the case may be, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. In certain circumstances, the interested parties may request that processing of their data be restricted, in this case we will only keep it for exercising or defending claims. For reasons relating to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. The party responsible for the file shall cease to process the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for exercising or defending against possible claims. In accordance with current legislation, you have the following rights: the right to request access to your personal data, the right to request its rectification or deletion, the right to request restrictions to its processing, the right to object to it being processed, the right to the portability of the data and also the right to revoke the consent granted.

7. CONSENT TO SEND ELECTRONIC MESSAGES
Also, and in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, 11th July, Information Society Services and E-commerce, by completing the data collection form and checking the appropriate box "I accept the sending of electronic messages", this gives express consent to send information about the entity to your email address, telephone, fax or via other electronic means.
